What we collect

When you sign in with Google, FantasyEngineer receives basic account information from Google through Supabase Auth, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. We use this information to sign you in and associate saved rankings, drafts, and multiplayer rooms with your account.

How we use your information

We use account information to provide authentication, save your FantasyEngineer data, support multiplayer draft rooms, and maintain the service. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Where information is stored

Authentication and account-linked data are stored and processed by Supabase. Google processes your sign-in according to Google's privacy policy. Some settings and draft data may also be stored in your browser's local storage or session storage.

ESPN connections

If you connect an ESPN fantasy account, the optional FantasyEngineer browser extension or mobile app reads only the ESPN session values needed to access your leagues. These values are authentication information and unique account identifiers. We do not ask for or receive your ESPN password. The initial connection sends those values over HTTPS to FantasyEngineer, where they are encrypted for later read-only refreshes and are not written to browser storage, logs, or URLs.

During connection, the extension or mobile app temporarily reads hyperlink destinations rendered on ESPN football pages to discover league and season identifiers. It does not collect your browsing history, clicks, keystrokes, or unrelated page content. The extension stores only a local last-sync timestamp and league count for its popup status. The mobile app temporarily accesses ESPN session values in its in-app web session and clears them afterward; it does not persist them in its own app storage. Neither stores ESPN credentials or full league data in browser or mobile app storage.

We store the league information needed for the connected features, such as league settings, teams, rosters, standings, matchups, draft history, free agents, and transactions. You can disconnect ESPN; disconnecting deletes the stored ESPN credentials and imported league data associated with that connection.

Information received through the browser extension is used only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve its disclosed ESPN connection purpose. It is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred for unrelated purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Your account-linked data remains available while your account is active. You can sign out at any time. To request deletion of your account-linked data, email support.fantasyengineer@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as FantasyEngineer changes. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
